*listens to the crickets*
Mmmmm...
I had a near death experience that has changed me forever.
The other day I went horseback riding. Everything was going fine until the horse started bouncing out of control. I tried with all my might to hang on, but I was thrown off. Just when things could not possibly get worse, my foot got caught in the stirrup. When this happened, I fell head first to the ground. My head continued to bounce harder as the horse did not stop or even slow down. Just as I was giving up hope and losing consciousness, the Walmart manager came out and unplugged it. Thank Goodness for heroes!
... No?
Okay, I give up. Speaking of horses though... *listens to the groans again* I have made a decision to learn Dressage once I've lost my goal weight. And not with Tanners
but with Gracie
... And you wanna know what the stupidest thing is about this decision? I hate riding English!
SO! Perhaps in the next year or two at this time... Chako will be riding English. *takes a moment to shudder at her own insanity* We've already been talking to a trainer who'll be more than happy to teach us both. ^_^
Now that I've bored you all with that; I have a few little art updates...
I AM currently working on 3 different commissions/projects. Church has been knocking on my eardrums 'n eyeballs this past week, and it didn't feel right taking on their stuff before finishing on others' projects. So I've finally kicked myself really hard in the arse over the weekend to put a good hefty dent in them. So those of you who are waiting ever so patiently for your pieces... First, I apologize. I do like my sunshine... (I see so very little of it here in my state... at least when it's 60 degrees above zero anyway)and I have been trying to loose weight so I've been trying to stay moving. Because of the whole "seriously need a new car" thing, when I'm not outside, I've been at work.
And now... I'm off to find the shower. Because, strangely... all I smell is horse.
